Pros

No matter which store you work at, the culture is the same. Friendly coworkers and fun staff. Learn a lot about cooking and the food industry.

Cons

Corporate doesn't care about employees. They never have and still don't. It's always about the customer not the employee. Refuse to pay good employees more.

- Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

Cons

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
