Pros

Great team members just issue with management

Cons

Was told to pump in the bathroom, told if I didn’t come back would not get a promotion after six weeks of parental leave if though my doctor said I needed 8 and then did not get the promotion instead took on all the duties of acting role and hired staff for more than I was making in a management position

- Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

Cons

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
