      Pros

      I loved my time working at SurlaTable; the kitchen staff was a team and worked incredibly well together. Additionally, the work we did together was incredibly fun and rewarding.

      Cons

      The in-store staff did not seem to have the same work culture a the kitchen staff. Still a great group of people but more stressed maybe and not quite as close.

      - Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

      Cons

      - Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
