      Sells some great gourmet kitchenware and food products. Offers a decent employee discount. Has many thoughtful and loyal shoppers.

      Cons

      Some customers are very entitled and rude. Corporate management micromanages and is inconsistent. Some store employees get away with not following the rules. Hourly wage is not competitive or compensatory.

      - Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

      - Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
