Pros

I really enjoyed working with the culinary side employees. Everyone was very nice and pleasant to work with.

Cons

They do not pay enough for wanting instructors to have a culinary degree. How am I meant to pay back student loans making $17 an hour? Management for the retail side was very rude and stuck up. I had to leave due to bad management and terrible pay. This place has a very high employee turn over rate.

- Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

Cons

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
