Pros

. Discount, customers are usually great, lots of great staffers.

Cons

Benefits, store general manager continues to hire incompetent managers so that they do not threaten her ability or lack there of. Two faced general manager and upper management. No cash controls as in most of management staff blows off daily cash handling responsibilities. Managers spend too much time chatting in office vs taking care of store operations and customers. Merchandise manager has store looking horrible with unstocked shelves. Poor training if any for staff.

- Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

Cons

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
