Pros

Great discount, nice co-workers, sometimes there is food

Cons

You never receive the hours you agreed to, it's always too many because of short staffing. The new company took away many of the perks, such as electronics discount. You will never, ever get positive feedback. Different people from corporate come in and give different instructions, so you are completely confused about policy. You will never be promoted from within. They will always hire from outside.

- Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

Cons

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
