Pros
I loved the customers who shopped there. We all had at least one thing in common, an obsession for cooking and kitchen gadgets. I worked with amazing people.
Cons
The pay was much less than other retail places in the area. They expect you to have sales goals each day with no compensation for making those goals. They expect you to ask the customer 20 questions and tell them all the promotions and if they want coffee the second they walk in the door. There is nothing I cannot stand being bombarded the second I walk into a store.
