Pros
Depending on the store manager you have, the job is pretty easy for retail. Shifts are generally pretty short (so don't expect more than 20 hours a week outside the holidays) and unless you're in a very high volume store, you'll spend most weekdays stocking and hanging around. You're expected to have a good knowledge of what you're selling, but they have decent training modules. They also have a generous discount (40%), but you can only use it on electronics a few times a year, and you can't use it online.
Cons
The pay when I started (store is in Ohio) was $10/hr, which is a joke. They raised it to $12 right before I left, but many other similar retailers are offering at least $15, so it's really not even an option for a chill second job if you want to make money.
