Pros

Staff is very passionate about what they do and what they sell. Not afraid to steer guests to what they need which may be a lower priced item. Friendly. Great discount. Management is not afraid to get their hands dirty and assist guests.

Cons

Hours. Most stores, only the store manager, ASM, and Resident Chef (if they have one) are full time (ASM is hourly, rest are salary). Not enough hours available to maintain some staff over a longer period of time.

- Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

Cons

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
