Pros

Employee discount is good and inclusive for everyone.

Cons

High turn-over in floor/sales staff resulted in inconsistent support and more pressure on reliable employees to cover. Pay was inadequate. Started off as sales then encouraged to floor lead for a $.025 raise. Very little opportunity for career advancement. Only general managers and head chefs are salaried.

Cons

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
