Pros

Great discounts, name brand kitchen gadgets, flexible schedule. Employees were really dedicated to helping customers with any questions that they might have.

Cons

As a floor lead, you had to work at least one weekend a month. However some of us found ourselves working almost 2-3 weekends a month so the other managers could have their days off I guess.

- Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

Cons

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
