Cons
Culinary Management in Home Office is mean and does not care about employees or customer experience. Operations not professional very rude, has no communication skills with stores. Stores detest working with both of them they are unprofessional and have no care for what is happening in store. Programs are added with zero imput from the store teams and flop due to inadequate training or notification. Store teams are fearful of Management due to being completely shut down and put down.
