Poor culture, some bad eggs, a lot of "teams" but not in a good way.

Great advice! Our goal is to be the employer of choice for those who are passionate about cooking and entertaining. We are growing and are intent on opening our new stores with our existing employees. In order to further invest in our people, we are implementing new software enabling us to post jobs to our employees only and better identify qualified internal candidates.

- Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

Cons

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
