Pros

discount on product, lots of interesting little gadgets that I had never seen before.

Cons

management is horrible. management and supervisors allow the team leads to talk down to the hourly employees. this place has really gone down hill in the last year. it use to be a great place to work.

- Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

Cons

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
