Pros

The customers can be fun. Learning about the products is useful.

Cons

Ask specific questions and demand specific answers. What is the minimum amount of money I will see in my pay check after two weeks? How do you determine your sales goals? Will I have a regular schedule? Go into the store on the weekend and during a week days, are they getting enough traffic? Are the workers overwhelmed ? Are the workers well trained ? Are the employees phoney or fake ?

- Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

Cons

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
