Pros

It was fun to learn about new kitchen gadgets and help some great customers, They had a cooking school in the store, customers and employees always raved about them and how yummy everything smelled.

Cons

Lot's and lot's of continuous floor remerchandising, ladder climbing, reading corporate memo's all the time. The company was constantly coming up with tactics to increase sales and at times it made it really hard to enjoy working on the floor, many good employees left.

- Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

Cons

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
