Pros

The discount is good if you are trying to stock your kitchen

Cons

Management does not know how to manage; corporate is not only detached but also completely out of touch with the reality of running a store; the store at Phipps is filthy... the store management won't even clean the bathroom. The kitchen is filthy and falling apart.

- Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

Cons

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
