Pros

Great discount. Great customers. Great staff at the store level.

Cons

The company is instructed and policies are vague and hard to find. Policies change from week to week. The District managers and HR do not support the Management team. I have seen people fired over the phone while on vacation. You have to turn your head as foul langue used daily to describe your performance or your team’s performance, which comes in the form of Email, faceto face or overheard by your pears. Stay away find a place where you are supported by upper management.

- Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

Cons

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
