Pros

Great employee discount and working with amazing staff! It's a great position of you like people and educating people about great products!

Cons

Shrinking payroll hours for staff. More expected, as far as availability. Pay is minimum wage for sales associates and no raises this year. This company used to be the "go to" for cooks. Now, may as well go to Home Goods which sell similar items at 40% off. New management has turned this once amazing company into just another store that sells kitchen stuff. No more uniqueness. (Revol, large selection of Rosle). No more selection like it used to be.

- Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

Cons

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
