Pros

Benefits and Compensation - Great place to work for wage and benefits if you're mid-level management and up.

Cons

Company culture - with a revamp in company culture pushing for pride in the work place, and encouraging enthusiasm, there's minimal to no interaction with anyone in the company outside your direct management. It's unfortunate then, to want to do well, and work hard, and maintain a positive attitude when it would essentially get you no where. Not a place to work for anyone ambitious; but to be fair this is my first retail experience.

- Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

Cons

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
