Pros

Decent products. Sadly there isn't a lot currently to rave about. The company is digging itself into a hole. They are jeopardizing their future by paying substandard wages. Pay attention to this message if you want to be profitable!

Cons

Horrible pay! Below industry average. No training. No paid time off. Pathetic hours and even more pathetic salaries. Reposition if you want to be a leader!

- Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

Cons

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
