Pros

If this is your first job, then you should be ok.

Cons

I have a friend who has worked for the company for over 6 years. This is not the place you want to be if you are looking to be promoted. My friend has been both in Management and as a Sale Associate. No one outside of Store Managers and Assistant Managers get benefits, 40 hr work weeks, or paid vacation time. This includes Floor Leads, which s basically a babysitter getting paid a little extra. Sales Associates get less than 20hrs/wk, and nothing more. Management can be demeaning, and at times can become a Micro Manager if things aren't done properly to their standards. This job is not commission-based, so you are under paid for the hours you work. This is not a job for someone looking to make ends meet. The ownership group would rather create more stores, and saturate the Retail Market, than taking care of their employees properly.
