i guess the best reason to work here is the discount and your fellow employees. not to mention the food

Cons

if you truly want your employees to give their best, give them full time hours so they can learn to grow. also don't expect someone to want to come in to work for four hours and give their best

- Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

Cons

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
