Pros
Discount (if you can figure out all the exceptions to it) are about the only thing. There are some good associates, but most people leave because of treatment
Cons
Scheduling (even when they make mistakes they won't fix it; lean of crazy rule that you must find your own replacement) Management is disrespectful to employees and micromanages Communication is almost nonexistent for employees Training is inconsistent or crammed into 2 or 3 hours on one day with no way to remember what your being shown Just a horrible place
