      Wonderful staff and Manager and Asst. Mgr. Decent discount.

      Cons

      Negative environment created by micro managing from Corporate. They don't seem to recognize that their success is based on the employees. Credit is not given where it is due. Trusting the maturity of the employees is not an option. The pay is less that adequate

      - Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

      Cons

      - Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
