A great way location, wonderful product, and amazing customers. There are a lot of opportunities to learn about the product.

Cons

It’s hard to hire a reliable team with the pay rate they are offering. The expectation is high to achieve results on a daily basis. Chefs are not used to a retail environment making it generally difficult to manage

- Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

Cons

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
