      Pros

      Feature rich hardware products. Equal level co-workers are easy to get along with.

      Cons

      Expect you to be available 24/7, without proper compensation. Promise you commission pay on what is sold in your region and never get it. Toxic new management in the North America. Expect you to travel and be away from home with overnight stays about 90% of the time. No work life balance, especially if you have family.
