No proper management. they literally make you slough. They have still not figured out how the manage the company. No perks nothing. Environment is a typical BPO environment. They will promise you Overtime and allowance but it does not show up in your salary. No facilities, no hygiene. HR is stupid. You cannot approach her for anything. No employee relations to address your concern.
