- The teams are changing all the time - Sometimes “support” means scamming people - Poor management - The company is very focused on its CEO, and her “inspirational story”, however, (just an example) the only message you will receive on your birthday will be the automatic message. I’ve worked on different projects and in different teams over the years and only once have I been contacted by my team manager on my birthday. Only once. - Low salaries with low chances of raise (you have to be an impeccable worker and the raise is laughable, tbh)
