I have had the pleasure of working at this company for the past six months, and I must say, it has been a truly positive experience. The training I received for my project was thorough and well-structured, despite the abundance of information. I consider myself fortunate to have had an exceptional trainer who guided me through the process. While the workload is generally manageable, there are occasional peak periods that require extra effort. However, this is not uncommon in support roles, and the company handles these situations effectively. Having previous experience in support, I was pleasantly surprised by the company's commitment to maintaining a positive and supportive work environment, as well as their high standards.
