Depending on the Project ability for Hybrid Job Salary was paid always on time Corporate events Company craves for good people because of high turnover, so they will try to keep you and be quite flexible

Company does not filter Projects they take. My first project was obvious scam I left after 5 days but company offered 3 other options that were more or less stable and clean. I saw a lot of people burning out on another and on my Project and no one really cared... painful to see. Customer Experience Agent - is hell work From outside it looks like it is super cool place to work, cool office, hipsters everywhere around, free coffee/tea but the deeper you go the more you get feeling that it is a empty bubble that does not fulfill you and company does not care about anyone I was very pissed off to pay 5% tax from my own pocket every quarter when company saves 40% not hiring people official. They should take care of it. If you are working as a team lead or manager your life is way easier
