Coworkers are great, relatively young and fun collective of people, benefits fine too
Cons
No vacation at all first year (maybe have changed now) Strict management - every mistake counts No salary negotiation, if you get salary raise it's very-very low Management gets very angry and aggressive if you decide to quit
