Pros
The greatest thing about the company is it's people, willing to always find the best solution for everyone. I had amazing colleagues and became friends with some of them. The other bonus is that depending on your project, you might have a chance to adjust your schedule and work either in office or remotely.
Cons
Not many possibilities for growth. You do have options for promotion or change of department but only to a certain extent.
