      Gain new knowledge. Learn how to cover yourself while pretending to be a team player.

      Cons

      Management has obvious favorites. If you aren't one of them watch your back. Low Pay. People are more concerned about pointing fingers than fixing what went wrong. Unprofessional acts from management all the way down.

      I have learned a lot. Very professional environment & supportive employees at all levels. Cool business to get into and learn.

      Pros

      Hard to say. We were acquired by SupplyOne recently so the culture our former company had was very relaxed and people-first. SupplyOne seems to be that way, or at least they're allowing us to continue the culture in our section of the company. The company is also very transparent regarding it's financial health and pro-ideas which I appreciate it.

      Cons

      Not really many. When we were acquired, it took some time for the company to deliver information regarding employee benefits so the acquisition could have gone smoother.
