Pros

Honestly, the coworkers are the best part. Great people doing their best in a tough environment.…until they can’t.

Cons

This place has been running on chaos for years. Leadership says (or used to) the right things about values and culture, but day-to-day it just doesn’t feel aligned. HR and the exec team often seem disconnected from what employees actually needs, and communication leans heavily toward buzzwords instead of action. Trust is at an all time low during my years here. Turnover is wild — people leave weekly or monthly across teams, and it feels like we’re always backfilling. At the executive level, the revolving door is constant, so nothing gains traction. Those of us who came in through previous acquisitions are burned out from the nonstop resets and endless reorgs. Don’t ask for an org chart - it changes weekly! From my experience, favoritism and blurred boundaries are a real issue. Whether it’s family connections, friendships, or workplace romances, it often feels like certain people get opportunities or protection that others don’t. Even some vendor and client relationships can come across as being influenced more by personal ties than business needs, which adds to the frustration. Operationally, things that should be consistent — like clear processes, timely payments, and compliance — feel unpredictable. The recent rebrand back to the former SLWM name “SupplyLogic” didn’t feel like real change — more like putting a new label on the same problems. And why the old name (?) with tarnished brand already is mind boggling. Anyone curious can look up GD reviews under SLWM and see a lot of the same concerns reflected there. Or google lawsuits and other interesting info for yourself.

Pros

Good people, focused on the customer, and growing.

Cons

Not really a con, lots of irons in the fire so you must be excellent at time management.

Pros

Absolutely none - do public research on SLWM, LLC.

Cons

The track record speaks for itself, and it’s all public if you look. Layoffs have been constant over the past three years, usually announced by email with no real regard for people. Public reporting on the DIVESTURE of major parts of the business. The first CEO’s sudden and quiet exit lined up with the end of lawsuits involving former employees - timing that looked far more like consequence than coincidence. Since then, they’ve churned through three more CEOs. And then came the rebrand - not the kind of reinvention that inspires confidence, but one that looked like an attempt to bury lawsuits, negative press, and instability tied to the old name. A company that has to change its identity to outrun its past isn’t one you should bet your future on. Do your research on SLWM (short for SupplyLogic) before wasting your time.
