      Pros

      Good location and close to public transportation so it's convenient for commuting.

      Cons

      Poor communication, mismanaged finances. There is obvious nepotism within the company and the higher-ups and hardly any perks for employees. Decisions are hardly made in a clear and concise way. It will take a long time for anything to get done right. Employees are expected to work long hours so forget it if you have children or a life outside of work.

      Pros

      Catered lunches, nice offices, amazing team building outings and opportunity to travel. Has start up growing pains but management is handling it very well. Company is going in the right direction - will continue growing

      Cons

      Working long hours is the norm and expected. Not for those with children or responsibilities outside of work.
