Pros

-remote work, smart people, very international

Cons

-very low pay, the company functions because it only utilizes talent from countries outside Europe and the US, meaning salaries are extremely low. This is a company that has a business model that should be analyzed more, as it is not a ethical way to run a company "for an extended time period". It is a bit like only buying products "made in china" as it keeps costs down.

Hello, In Superside we hire global talent, which means we’re looking at skills, experiences and for some roles at timezones. Currently Europe is one of our main talent markets. A third of our community is based in European countries, such as Norway, UK, Sweden, Spain, The Netherlands, Italy, Poland and Portugal among others. We also have team members in the US even though it is not our main target. We do try to make sure we always give fair compensation and we’re also consistently looking at the market to make sure we’re aligned.

Pros

Pros? I can even think of any. Terrible onboarding (piling videos to watch and assume it’s absorbed is the “process”). Team members are kind, and work so hard (especially under crazy conditions).

Cons

massive layoffs and reorganization that were executed so poorly, but yet we need to make sure we reduce churn? every client is telling us what is challenging them with our agency, and it gets buried. rollouts of new extreme processes (that are so wildly out of touch around what is currently occurring). Company wide meetings commending people for working long hours? It feels like a 15 hour work day and weekends is a norm. Terrible environment, awful executive leadership (seriously, how are they qualified to lead??), and little support.
