None. I would not recommend working here.

No training or coaching. I was not told what I was apparently doing 'wrong' and fired out of the blue after three shifts and replaced by someone else immediately. It was obviously all pre-planned. Meanwhile, the rest of the staff stand around drinking coffee and gossiping while I'm working my bum off trying to make a good impression, then told that I don't fit in and don't have a good personality. What a joke.

Staff are all great. Staff discount. Lots of staff have made it to Long service leave and are still here. Manager knows everyone's name, says hello to everyone and shares a joke.

Occasionally more staff would be good, but then again sometimes there seems like a lot of staff. I guess it depends on lots of things like weather, and whether anyone has called in sick etc. Store can feel cramped when its busy as the aisles are not very wide
