Pros

Work from home, although that has become more and more commonplace.

Cons

The company culture was great before they “merged” (aka were bought by) another company. The HLM after the merge is rife with micromanaging and impossible expectations. Shame to see what it has become.

As you mentioned we recently went through a merger and with change comes growing pains. It has been approximately a year since we merged and we are excited for the opportunities that have been created. Great Teams to work with Variety of business types you get to work with Variety of tools used to make the job easier and more scalable Great leadership that acknowledges the experts within the company and values their feedback and input Great Perks like WFH and Unlimited PTO

Cons

Account load can be challenging at times Deadlines can be tight Clients can leave not based off your performance

Pros

helps you stay on track with your professional goals, managers are always helpful and there to support when needed, production teams are experts in their field and provide so many helpful insights, open to feedback and always looking for areas to improve or make tasks more efficient!!

Cons

I do not see these as cons but the work can sometimes be very fast paced, juggling meetings and client questions. There are also many ways to get tasks done (nonlinear) which could be a negative but I think this helps with efficiency in some ways!
