No pros. The company is very open when it benefits them, but when it's the other way around, they just ignore you. I don't think there's any future here, and working with these kinds of pseudo-professionals isn't worth it.

They requested an unpaid test with very vague specifications. I spent a lot of time completing it, only to be reprimanded for going beyond their expectations. Weeks have passed, and they haven’t given me any feedback. This is a complete lack of respect and professionalism—making people waste their time on a test that involves multiple tasks, being judged by people who don’t fully understand the subject, providing poor material for the test, and then not responding at all. A company like this has no promising future, and I hope they go bankrupt soon so no one else has to go through this.
