      The type of work was hybrid. Few days at home and some days in the office.

      Cons

      Impossible deadlines. Low salaries. No chance for promotion. Unacceptable behavior from the management. Long working hours until you die. The company avoids giving promotions by setting impossible goals.

      - SAP is the leader in enterprise applications. - Gold Partner of SAP in Cyprus - Customer portfolio keep growing - Opportunity for career development - Opportunity to expand experience and move on specially out of Cyprus

      Cons

      - limited salary - unrealistic targets - psychological pressure to work more of your working hours, without benefits - to take annual leave is only up to your manager (considering the current projects, etc) - dress code (suit and tie even during the summer, and as a programmer who staying in the office)
