The money from the very low salary they pay you will be able to pay for the rent of your crappy apartment while you find another job.
Cons
- Little to no onboarding or integrating for new employees, they just throw you in expecting that you know everything with nearly impossible expectations - Takes advantage of new immigrants and recent undergrads to underpay and overwork - Management treats you like a child - There is a 1984-esque vibe, where your colleagues just disappear, no one ever acknowledges it and management pretends like they never existed - Very clear favouritism and clique environment for the company's core group (whoever has ever worked there knows exactly what I'm talking about)
