      work was hard and very fun, had a ton of responsibility very early on in the career. very high pay

      Cons

      14 hour days for weeks straight, like any other gas and oil business they will drop you like a hat when financially beneficial for them. pretty crappy benefits

      Benefits- decent health insurance and dental

      Cons

      Micromanagement department that will burn you out. Too much politics and no bonus for hourly employees or raises. On-site 5 days a week and no work from home policy.
