      Feels like a small start up but backed by a big corporation - Superior Energy. Entrepreneurial spirit. The accountant is able to get involved in the business.

      The cons come from the pros above. While management is able to lead the company some of the management is not truly ready for running the business, Some decisions are made by these same managers with little guidance.

      Benefits- decent health insurance and dental

      Cons

      Micromanagement department that will burn you out. Too much politics and no bonus for hourly employees or raises. On-site 5 days a week and no work from home policy.
