Onboarding was smooth and organized. My manager and team have been welcoming and supportive, which made the first few weeks much easier. There’s a good balance between structure and autonomy—I’m trusted to manage my work but can get help when I need it. Company culture feels positive and collaborative so far. People genuinely seem to care about doing quality work. Tools and systems are modern enough that ramping up didn’t feel overwhelming. Leadership communicates big-picture goals clearly, which helps with understanding where my role fits.

Some aspects of how things are done still seem to be evolving. A few processes could be a bit clearer or more consistent.
