Pros
You'll be surrounded by highly emotionally intelligent people that also have brilliant business minds. If you have an appetite for continual growth, this is the place for you. In the midst of a pandemic my managers and teammates at Superhuman still made every effort to above and beyond for me. I always felt valued, and when I went through tough times my managers gave me every resource and piece of training they possibly could to help me get back on top. I've never seen a company adhere to it's core values so well. Every minute detail was so thoughtfully planned. So refreshing. And a great sign this company will be a powerhouse in years to come.
Cons
The OS role is quite demanding. Though the compensation and support you receive are marvellous, if a high volume of intense social interaction, day after day, week after week is not for you, then consider another role. As someone that self-identifies as a closet-introvert (good social skills, but I like my breaks from conversation), I quickly realized that the role was a bit too intense for me. That said, there's a team full of wonderful folks that are very well suited to the role, and if you're a social butterfly this may just be perfect for you!!
