Pros
Superformula has an amazing work life balance, culture and probably some of the nicest team members I have ever worked with. The engineers are some of the smartest people I have met.
Cons
Still putting together the right processes and teams as we grow. Growing pains do exist, but everyone is doing their best to grow together.
