Pros
The pay is surprisingly good for a chain salon, plus benefits are also on the table after a certain length of time worked which is uncommon in the industry.
Cons
Upper management nitpicks to make sure you do things 100% by the book, the “Supercuts way”. Meanwhile lower level management bends the rules when they want but scold you for doing the same. Offered me higher pay but only when I finally decided to quit.
