      You can't take online classes with how much free time you have working here.

      Cons

      Not enough clientele to hit quota or make enough tips to live a comfortable life. Literally living paycheck to paycheck.

      Pros

      As a newer stylist I was given training with an in salon trainer. Also, had other more advanced techniques/training available online.

      Cons

      Not many, I just hate nights and weekends. Being new made my compensation on the lower end.
